CrunchyPy is an open-source, component-accurate real-time simulation of the holy grail of high-gain guitar amplification: the Mesa/Boogie® Mark IIC+, complete with the factory "++" hot-rod gain mod.

The amp simulation doesn't include a speaker cabinet IR, so you'll want to use a cab sim or IR loader after it for a finished direct-recording tone.

Available as VST3, AU (macOS), and Standalone on Windows, Linux, and macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel).
